I fell in love with training at 18. It wasn’t just about lifting weights, it was a journey of discovery. I wanted to understand the human body, its biology, how it adapts, how to fuel it for strength, longevity, and resilience. I was determined to stay fit while balancing and enjoying life, and simply being human.
But the road wasn’t easy. I faced struggles that nearly broke me, failures that led to depression, bad decisions that spiraled into addiction, and a loss of reality that left me in a dark place. There was a moment when I had to make a choice: continue down a path of self-destruction or fight for a future worth living.
Something inside me refused to give up. I chose to rebuild.
I had to rewire my brain after years of numbing it. Knowledge became my weapon, and discipline became my foundation.
Two years ago, I stepped back into the gym with a new purpose. It wasn’t just about aesthetics or strength—it was about reclaiming my life. Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned. Not just about fitness, but about resilience. About becoming harder to kill, not just physically, but mentally.
